Run
Comments: I liked running with the Garmin on. My miles were much more consistent cuz I was able to look at the Garmin and see if I was going too fast or too slow. I know I died at the end cuz that last .34 of a mile was down to 8 1/2 minute mile pace. What would you do differently?: Be healthy. Post race
Warm down: Light jogs, more stretching, bagels, water, banana. What limited your ability to perform faster: Bad knee. Event comments: I was SOOOO excited about this race! My knee has been bad this whole year and I've hardly been able to run at all. I'm so psyched to be able to run a 5K and witha decent speed only a minute or so slower than my 5K time when I'm healthy! I placed 55th (male AND female) out of a few hundred. I don't know the exact number of athletes but the result sheets were pretty long. Last updated: 2007-10-28 12:00 AM

Nothing much. I had to tape up my patella cuz it's tracking laterally again. Did some stretching before i left the house and of course, coffee!
Just a few light jogs, a trip to the portapotty and some more stretching.
