Did the Miami Tropical Marathon yesterday with my friend Amber. FINISHED IT!!!!!!! DNF'd it last year with y feet. Only other marathon I've ever done was in an IM, and believe me, this is much tougher! Everything didn't go as planned, but I refused to DNF again. I'm thrilled! 3:51:24 by my watch. I've never been rained on so much in my life! Amber finished too and did a great job! YAYYYYYYY

Great job!!! I did my first marathon this past year, and after a few weeks of soreness felt great about the accomplishment. That is a pretty good time for your first marathon also. Congradulations!!!

I thought it was funny that you mentioned the updates were not working because I had meant to ask for your number so I could track you. Glad you had a good run, despite the rain.

Nancy, it's only beyond your grasp until you decide to reach for it! Never say never. I once said that about a marathon and an IM and I did both.
