Blue Talon Bistro Turkey Trot - Run

Pre-race routine:

Wake up, eat and then go to the race and get my "free" t-shirt.
Event warmup:

Not a whole lot, talked with a few friends that where there and then a little light jog for a few minutes.

Comments:

Started out strong and felt good for the first mile. I did not see any mile markers, but a buddy of mine was right behind me and I heard his GPS beep at the first mile. Some where around mile 2 I started getting a little side stich and slowed slightly to let it to pass. I kept up a good pace and just kept getting it. The last 500 yards kinda snuck up on you and my last say 500 yards could have been a little better but hey I am happy with my time.

Warm down:

Got some water, and good food and waited for the door prizes. I knew I would not get an age group awards since the groups where 10 years not the normall 5.

Event comments:

Really fun/ 400 people and a nice way to start of Thanksgiving.
