I didn't see a thread on here, so I went ahead and did it.

Unfortunately  my weight is up a pound to 181.  I did have a little cookie eating trouble yesterday.  I've worked out a lot and have a lot scheduled so hopefully that will keep me in check.  This bouncing around 180 plateau sucks!  I guess it's better than thinking I'd always be over 220.  Give it time!

Have a great weekend!

Thanks for starting the thread.  I just barely squeaked by with a loss for this week.  Not bad for having spent an extended weekend traveling, eating out, and not doing much working out!

Isn't that such a huge mind-shift?  For the longest time, 220 was the number I thought I was going to live with, as well.  Now I try to visualize my next weight goal, and mentally see it each time I step on the scale.  (sometimes a LOT of visualization is required, along with sweat, grumbly stomach, etc.

Maintenance week, 261.8. I am happy with status quo, better than a gain.

Thanks for starting the thread.

12/7   154.4 16.88 bf% average

12/14 154.0 16.57bf% average

Weightloss this week: 0.4 lbs

total weight loss to date: 10.8

secondary goal: yes, daily average body fat percent is down again.

More or less a maintenance week as I ate several big meals due to Mayweather fight on saturday, football game last sunday.  Ready for the final two week push to knock off the last 4 lbs.  Workouts are progressingly as I would like I am building mileasge in all three sports.

Take care everyone

I stayed at 150 this week. I'm baking tomorrow, so my plan is to get most of it out the door to the nieghbors tomorrow afternoon...

125 today, down .5 since last week.  Still inching lower! I've been eating OK, but not working out much (or at all!).  Hopefully skiing tomorrow, and a run this weekend before the blizzard comes!  It's a busy weekend of parties though, so I'll have to be good.

Sorry for being late.. I have finally started dropping again. As of Saturday, I was down 5 lbs. I am now down to 235. I am probably not going to make my goal, but I will be down quite a bit. A nice good start for the New Year.

All secondary goals met, too!

Hey NYBNYers

I just need to post on here that I have eaten soooo bad this weekend and need to 'fess up.  I have been working out like crazy but I don't think that will keep the scale down, ugh.  I am back on my smoothies again today, hopefully I can eat clean all week to minimize the damage!!  And lots and lots of water.

Thanks for listening!!!  And keeping me honest.  Here's my RR from yesterday if you are interested.  http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=98860&posts=7#M1105770
