Master  1669     "Home of Superman" |  Subject: Size does matter.......How can I post pictures that is larger than the maximum size? Is there a way to compress them so I can post them? I"m tired of seeing those red letters at the top of the page telling me that the picture I'm trying to post is to large...... |

I am not sure if you are looking for a work-around for the site size limit or just wanting to know how to shrink the photo's in general. I can't speak for BT, but one of the easier ways to shrink the picture is to email it to yourself, and when it asks what size, choose one that gets you under 100kb. Then, save the "shrunken" email photo to your desktop and when you go to submit it, choose that photo. Also, any picture manager/editor will have step by step instructions on compressing large pics. Yea right...... I was hoping that might get me a response quicker. Thanks for the info. I'll try that and see if it works although here at work it doesn't ask about reducing the size of a photo before sending. I'll have check into that. |
