Subject: need half ironman trainnig plan
hi i will be doing my first half ironman this april 20th in puerto rico and i need a trainnig plan to do it . i will like to know if you can help me , i need a free one i dont have the money to buy one thanks.

Hi, we do have a free half ironman training plan. You can see it here. It does assume some  endurance in endurance sports.

 BTW, it's kind of a fine point, but we don't sell individual training plans. Our Performance Memberships include access to our library of training plans in addition to all the extra training log features. This offers the flexibility to use 2 training plans back to back, or combine them to train for, for instance, a half marathon and an Olympic distance triathlon in the same period.
