  • Comments: My first race down - I am officially a triathlete!!! I don't know how I'm going to wait until March for my next race - it was so fun I want to do one again sooner! :-)

  • Comments: Everybody who did this race raved about it, including me. Keith and Claire do a fantastic job of putting on races. I'll be doing both the sprint and 1/2 at Lonestar in March as well as doing both of these next year. We had a great time as a company as well. All 28 people that signed up and started also finished. It was awesome.

  • Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed the event. Terrific race organizers. Volunteers were great. Course was well marked, and there were plenty of aid stations. Announcers were great. Expo was a little far to be fully enjoyed, but we covered that at packet pickup.

  • Comments: Great race. There were so many competitors and everyone was so nice. There was live music everywhere. The race was really geared toward the beginners...and made it a great memorable experience for them! There were lots of post race activities, I wish I could have stayed for more!! I will definately be comming back for this race next year, definatley worth the 6 hour drive and the money!!!!

  • Comments: What can I say, Keith puts on the best races ever. Lonestar and Longhorn were both well planned excellent races that we will definitely be doing again. We are even talking about going to NH for Mooseman or Timberman next year. Keith and his crew are amazing! I would recommend their races to anyone!

  • Comments: Great race. Very challenging. I liked the live music and biker bar as aide stations. Plus after the event the Free-birds buritos and sweet leaf tea. I will defintely do this race again.

  • Comments: Good first OWS. Mediocre bike, could've done better especially if I had not thrown my chain. Horrible run. Gotta fix it. Race logistics were good. Well run. Great post-race attractions. Had to bail because I was missing flag football and soccer games...
