  • Comments: Since it's my first race I'm struggling with what I should say about the evaluation. After to talking to a few people, I'm pretty certain the course setup was the biggest contributor to my crash. One of us shouldn't have been there. Either she should have bveen forced left or I should have been forced to yield.

  • Comments: Parts of this race were well organized and parts were not. Overall, it went off pretty well. There were some sticky situations that could have been prevented/handled better but overall I thought it went off well enough. I ended up winning a 2nd place medal in my AG so that made it all worth it.

  • Comments: A really fun race, great for first-timers or anyone else for that matter. Would recommend it, talked to a couple first timers who said they would be back next year.

After three olympic distance and one ETERRA under ny belt, this sprint race was pretty much all about having fun, not to say that the other races haven't been fun, but... HEY, I GOT A MEDAL!   • Comments: For a local, small race it is great! As Brad said, it's hard to judge it based on our ability. This is the first race we did two years ago and was just as fun this time! Overall, a great local race!

  • Comments: i'm not sure i get the "overall course based on my ability question" unless you win by 3:30 (like Michael Harlow. he was a monster) or DNF, the race is just right for your ability. it's a great race for beginners. it started late and the bike course is frustrating, but it is the first race i ever did and a fun race to get sparted with the sport. nice facility, good transition area, and lots of volunteers. i can't rate any race without chip timing above average though.

  • Comments: This was supposedly the 8th year of the Super Sprint Triathlon. Well they certainly were not ready for 320 participants. The start time was to be 7:30. I'm not sure of the exact time, but it was closer to 8 than 7:30 when the start actually began. The race day was awesome. Warm weather, sunny skies, a slight breeze. If the couse management could be a little bit better, that would have made the day perfect. I'm not sure about next year, even though I could probably have a great race. We'll see when time comes.
