  • Comments: I signed up for this race at the last minute just because I wanted to do one more race this season. Even though the conditions weren't the best, I'm glad I did it. It's good to experience all different types of courses and conditions. I bet the course is a lot more fun in better weather. It was cool to ride over the dam with all the hawks flying over head looking for fish.

  • Comments: didn't like that they had no drink stations along the bike also the rotc volunteers were sort of annoying to listen too as they were yelling get up my hill or just could tell they didn't want to be there.

  • Comments: Oh, what can happen in a year! Last year, this race was my first ever tri. I moved up an age group this year, but last year's time (1:43:10) would have put me 18/21 in this year's age group standings. The results say I'm 6th AG, but the top 3 women in my AG were top 3 OA, so I'm actually 3rd AG! I really didn't expect this, nor did I expect quite such a good race. I've made a lot of progress this year and am very happy with my season.

  • Comments: Great location, right next to the Dam. Hard bike and run portions, but is'nt that what we want? Could have run and biked more in preparation. Could have signed up earlier and prepared mentally better.
