  • Comments: Huge event, very well run. Didn't stay for the post-race festivities, but it looked like there was plenty. Lots of volunteers. Only dig at all is the t-area could have been a little bigger, but not sure how they would have done that. Great event.

  • Comments: Aftermath: Left before the lucky draw because we were concern about traffic on the one-lane highway. Almost fell asleep in the car, while bf was having major allergy attack. What a sorry bunch we are. Ordered DQ burgers and ate at home. Took a shower Silkwood style and it was the longest ever! Then slept for an hour. Woke up, and everything hurt. Ha! Bf kept saying that he was really jealousy of us being able to ride interrupted. Perhaps I should do a relay with him next year. :)

  • Comments: This is a fun, well run, challenging race. I'm disappointed that I added time and dropped in rank compared to last year, but that just means I'll have to go back next year and do better! :) So nice to see all the BTers!

  • Comments: A very excellently organized and run race. There were volunteers all over the place and they were very helpful. The post-race food was mediocre but I suppose that's what you get when cooking for 2000. I do wish they would've had a little more organized information in the race packets. For instance, I didn't know the intervals between waves and didn't know whether "Heat 11" meant that I was going to be in the 11th wave. We can assume things but it could drastically change your preparation.
