  • Comments: I left early cause I didn't think that I did well enough for an award but I ended up getting 5th in my AG!

  • Comments: This is a very nice first of the season race to do. This is the first time where I have done a triathlon with the mindset of racing to win or place very high. I need to have more confidence in my ability in the water and bike and really need to work some more on the run. No excuses, but I did bike 95 miles on Saturday (the day before). :)

  • Comments: I got 4th place male 25-29. and 4# out of ### total. I would say not too shabby for the first race of the year....

  • Comments: I like this race better than the other ones I have done around KC. The fact that it has been run for several years I am sure helps. The only complaint I have is the water quality of the lake, but that is not something that can be fixed.

  • Comments: The did have a goof on the race results on site anyone in my age group or finishing around my event time didn't get listed.
