I have some more boxes to unpack...some of my favorite books.    I figure that I will bring a max of 10% of my books to my new place.  I can rotate through them or something.  I want to be able to see a bit of wall space in my new room.

I am going to try to get membership at the new neighborhood YMCA.  There is financial aid available, and seeing as how I rarely make over $1000 each month, I just might qualify.

They have tons of swimming options, including a early morning Masters workout.  There is also a fairly comprehensive fitness center that offers tons of different group classes.

I know this is hardly something to get really excited about, but YES! There is somebody on this site as poor as me!

I think that I will be scavenging food from my parents place.  Being Gluten Free and Dairy Free is sooooo expensive.  I figure that after rent, car insurance, medical copays, and gas I might have $100 a month left for food...and no money for anything else.  I am really looking forward to Christmas.

Just saw details for a new gym 5 minutes from my house that will open in 2009 with a 6 lane lap pool, full court basketball and an indoor track! I really hope it's priced close to my current membership. Signed up like 6 months before it opened and only paying 24.99/mo.

Me too. The indoor track will be a life saver. Was going to run 7 on the treadmill the other night and gave up after 4 as I just lose interest (at that was with some pretty serious eye candy in front of me on an elliptical!).

I ran this morning in a light rain because I figured it would probably be better than running in what they are predicting for tomorrow AM. Surprised

Hey team -

I have been rather quiet in this thread so far but I am out here working. I need 13 ST this month to hit goal. I have them planned out (with room to spare) 3 times a week so I can make goal. I am right on track with #5 tonight.

The Knockers are going to Knock out the competition this month. (ok that sounds lame but I will leave it)

I developed a sore throat this afternoon and I am not excited about it.  I am NOT going to get sick this year.

Saturday plans are to take the boys snowshoeing.  Hopefully the weather doesn't conspire against us.  I have heard rumors about some of the passes being closed.

I think it's going around ~ both my baby girl and I have been sick.  I've managed to get my push ups in and meet a few of my goals but now that I'm much better, I will start kicking butt again!
