Subject: 1.13.2020 Who ran on Monday?

Hey BT!  Today's works outs included a 70 minute on the bike trainer starting at 5:45 AM this morning, and a 5K run over my lunch break at 12:30 PM today.  So, yes I ran today.  :-) 

What was your Monday training?

No running here today.

I did get in a 50 minute trainer session with 2x8’ at 55-60 RPM and 1x3’ at FTP off the tail end of one of the 8’ low cadence intervals. It was a fun workout.

George,  that is very inspiring.   When I started training for my first Triathlon in 2014 I went from running 5-6 days a week to running 3-days, cycling 3-days, and swimming 3-days.  I did that until 2018 when I went to go a 2-day swim, 3-day cycling, and 5-6 days running.  I am still pretty heavy on the run but have backed down to 4 days a week on the run in 2019.

I did both, swimming and running
Swimming on my lunch break, and running in the evening.

I ran on Monday. Pretty slowly and not for long but I ran. Currently trying to get back into running shape but I've been saying that for a couple years now. Still trying!
