                    ![]() Run
Comments: Felt good and easy, but felt slow. I need to lose a couple of pounds because I was the guy getting passed up all those hills. The way back into town was fun and easy along the trail to the train station that back to the freeway. I was surprised by how slow I was, and some of that came from training, but the numbers for the field were generally sluggish. Did I mention that there were hills? ;) Results ![]() Post race
Warm down: Went to chat with Chip and Steve who'd been the lead bikes. Event comments: I was surprised an how very well run this was. There were a zillion vols, the expo was nice, the aid stations were as good as they come, and the course was very well marked. Every aid station had signs for electrolyte and water, and were better executed than at WTC races. The timing was clean and effective - as good as I've seen. Last updated: 2016-05-01 12:00 AM
