Subject: 3 months, 3 times a weekThat's how long it took for my swim "click". Running slow for the same period has yielded similar preliminary results. Most of the bike was, and still is, on the trainer where I've seen modest gains, but I won't know for sure until I hit the road (soon, I hope) My point is this: It takes time and consistency, be patient. It's still early in the season. Find a plan, stick to it, listen to your body and results will come. Oh, and have fun with it too. PSA over |
