 Vancouver, BC |  Subject: elk lake tri - this SundayAnyone else going? So far it's just me going, I plan on renting a car and taking the Tsawwassen ferry over on Saturday. I live in downtown Vancouver. Haven't decided about accommodation yet. If anyone is going and wants to car pool, then let me know. I'm fine with renting a car or using your car. I have a trunk mounted bike rack that fits 3 bikes if needed. |

The bike was challenging, the run is so pretty, and it's a fabulous crowd. I was training at the lake last night, and there were a TON of people out on the trails and getting in their "last minute" swims ... |

As for sleeping in your car - they lock the park at night, and I know there's security. Might be a challenge. I don't have any guest accomodations (turned my spare room into an office) so I can't offer a place to stay. Sorry. |
