You'll be amazed at how easy it comes off by just being consistent with your training. BT has been a huge part of my training and the friends I have met here are awesome. I started logging here and doing triathlons in 2005 and have dropped about 55 lbs. As a former athlete just be careful not to overtrain. It's easy to let the competitive juices take over and put in more time than is necessary. The plans here on BT are very solid plans, choose one that fits your needs and try to stick to it. I mention the overtraining only because a femoral stress fracture kept me out of running for most of 2006. The biggest reason for the injury is that I was doing too much over and above the plan because I felt I needed it. Have a blast in the sport and once again, welcome to BT!!! |
