My original plan was to do the MACC One Love century which is on the Silk Sheets route this Saturday.  I've never done Silk Sheets before.

However, I could be talked into saving my $35 and doing a century on the Comet if anyone is interested (Floyd to Rockmart; back to Tara Drummond, back to Rockmart, back to Floyd = 100 miles).  I'll probably average 18-19.

Let me know if you interested in doing either.

Definitely in the morning and it is looking more and more like that I will just ride at the Comet.

Jonathan,

It's not a century, but James and I have a 3.5 hr ride in conjuction with a swim and run this Saturday.  I'm leaving out of P'tree city (swimming at the lake).  I will be hitting a good bit of the silk sheets ride.  You're welcome to come along and add on if you'd like.

Much less boring that Silver Comet.

I'm hoping to ride tomorrow AM, I only need 3:00+ and I'd like to do it on the SCT.  J22- what do you think your pace will be?

Ok.  How about this.

Wheels rolling at the Depot at 7:30a (arrive by 7:00am).

Courtney, I plan to do about 18.5 mph.  Last time I went out too fast.  This time I am under strick orders to maintain a wattage of 150-160.  (For comparison sack, last time I average 200 watts for the first 21 miles and averaged 21 MPH).

I plan on doing Depot to Rockmart, back to Tara Drummond, back to Rockmart, then back to the Depot.  That is 100 miles.

If you want to do 66 miles, you can do Depot to Rockmart and back.

That should work for me...I'll just slow if I need to.  I'll be ready to ride at 7:20.
