North Jersey Cycling Classic - Cycle

Comments: The hill was a killer, several riders from several categories either quit or were asked to remove themselves after it was apparent they werent in contention. I went from wanting to finish in the top 10 (for prizes)to please don't have the race director ask me to remove myself from the race. I finished and it felt great. 10th place, not sure of the total racers in the cat, well over 20 but waiting for the list. What would you do differently?: Better Preparation.  Post race

Nothing like being mashed between some agressive roadies with heat and a hill that makes you feel like your in hell...but for some reason, after it is all said and done, hell ain't that bad is it. Drank water it was 91 degrees during the middle of the day, looked for shade and did small hill sprints just to stay loose all day. I had about 4 hours to kill before my cat when off.
Small hill sprints along with some spinning on the side roads.
