Awesome encouragement from the team here...thanks ya'll! 

My two miles were done by 7:30am today, so I'm all set.  40 run miles logged. 

Now cheering with hopefulness for the rest of the team still on the course....as they say in the TDF, allez allez allez!

i got the last of my miles in...barely! 

thanks to everyone for the encouragements throughout the month!!

its been a difficult few months for me.

i might have good news this week, with a new job, which should translate into a more training conducive schedule!
