Not the ropes

The black vinyl at the bottom of the pool 

"The intruders removed five vinyl pieces that spanned the length of the 25-yard pool, which comes out to 375 feet of yanking, with some of it under five feet of water. They also removed the black vinyl crosses on the walls at the end of each lane that swimmers use as a target for kicking off the wall."

That take effort and dedication I guess...but the local swim team at that pool here in Albuquerque has nothing to go off of until next spring now.

?Opponent team trying to mess with their training/timing? How did someone get access to a pool for that long and only do that? Makes no sense.
