Hey BT! How are ya!

5:00am (yes...slept in!) 30 minute walk

5:30am:  :45 minutes strength stuff + core

Later:  10am:  working out with my coworkers. I'm so proud of them--they are pushing themselves and both are down 15+ lbs since we officially started on Memorial Day.

I'll probably get the dogs out for a short hike and then start packing for my race this weekend--leaving early tomorrow morning.

Susan--I can totally relate to thriving on routine! By early August I'm going to be ready to be back to school and a schedule.  For now my morning schedule is enough!

Have a great day! Stay cool people (and I mean that literally and figuratively!)

5:30 - 1 hour ride with focus on hills. Broke a spoke early on, didn't figure it out until I got home. In general, my pace was stronger, so that's nice.

Heading out of town tomorrow morning for my wife's cousin wedding. Not looking forward to it, but at least it's a recovery week and I won't miss any significant workout.

Have a great day, everyone.

Swam 1500 meters this morning, good relaxing pace, nice to get back into a "real" lap pool after trying to make due with hotel pools lately.

1 hour bike ride later.

I am heading to the ortho doctor to have them check out my knee, I haven't been able to run(or walk) without knee pain since last week. I am not sure what happened, all I know is after a 5 mile run last week, the knee pain showed up and it hasn't gone away. I hope its nothing serious but I am gonna head in and get it checked out anyways.

Hey there everyone! Good training so far!

5:15am - 60 min power spin. As it heats up in AZ, I'm always thankful for my classes that are in the A/C, even early in the morning!
7am - 2.5 mile easy run
7:30-20 min TRX and core work. HAVE to get back to regular core work/stability stuff. My back lets me know when I've been slacking!

Have a great day all!

FTP test here for me, out in Nature's AC (our back deck--it's cloudy, threatening to rain, and in the low 60's here). I managed 215. Feel like I might just go back to bed for the rest of the day!

20-minute run after, which actually felt good. Probably anything that wasn't an FTP test would have felt good at that point. Supposed to be nice this weekend; hoping to do a metric century on Saturday.

15 lbs since memorial day is pretty impressive!

3.5 mile run tonight with about 10 minutes of fast running in the middle.

Great work today kids!

Another hot day in OK

I rode for an hour and then ran hills for 45 minutes. The run was tough.

I'm on the other side of the college-student desk. I'm the one with the red pen in my hand. Those of us with schedules that change from day to day actually have an advantage, I think.
