Subject: 6.23.16 Thursday Training!Hey BT! How are ya! 5:00am (yes...slept in!) 30 minute walk 5:30am: :45 minutes strength stuff + core Later: 10am: working out with my coworkers. I'm so proud of them--they are pushing themselves and both are down 15+ lbs since we officially started on Memorial Day. I'll probably get the dogs out for a short hike and then start packing for my race this weekend--leaving early tomorrow morning. Susan--I can totally relate to thriving on routine!
