Veteran 161 Vancouver, WA | Subject: RE: July 100+ Running Challenge! up to over 34 now with a horribly hot track workout last night. ouch. i didn't think it was that hot, and my pace wasn't even fast, but my face was a shade of purplish red upon finishing, and i didn't feel well until lunchtime today. first summer on the east coast and it's killing me. have a long run coming up tomorrow, so should put on some more miles for the week. |

Last night's run put me at 56, things are looking pretty good for the run portion of this months training challenges, put my longest run (15 miles) in before the HIM in 3 weeks and now will focus on a little more intensity and frequency (hopefully it works). How long before an A race have did you guys cut back on your long runs? |
