The vending machine is evil!!!!!!!!!!

The vending machine and I are on a first name basis.  I used to spend $10 a week on crap from that darn thing.  There is a lady in my office that has that ever-guilty chocolate craving every once in a while and her solution is to keep FatFree Chocolate Pudding cups in the fridge at work.

Well, at least you won't be sitting at your desk fantasizing about it all day, then run to the store after work and buy five.

We all give into the vending machine demons sometimes... 

mmmmm...fat free chocolate pudding with some peanut butter. I keep a box of Cheerios in my desk. It keeps me from hitting our vending machine. I go there for a sugar rush to get me through the last hour of a 12 hour day when I am out of my cheerio stash.

Time to pick up some trail mix from Wild Oats.

My solution? Don't have any spare change or dollars on you. And always have a more healthy option as a snack - a stash of oatmeal squares, or some carrots, or whatever.

Don't sweat 230 calories every so often, eventually you'll sweat them out
