PS:
I would just like to say AWESOME job to everyone doing the challenge!  Even if you've had a few hiccups, it's the off season and I'm really impressed with everyone's dedication!  Nearly halfway through the month already!!!

Well since everyone else is on the trainer, I figured I would try it!  I now know why I swim and lift weights!!  My cuzif is a little tender but more so my knee is sore!  So the 30 mins to the second was not very enjoyable so I'll go back to the pool and the bowflex.  I'll leave the trainer to you tri & bike folk!!  Maybe I'll do it again next week.....

I have only gotten in 9 out of 13 days so far this month - but my total is about 12 hours for those 9 days....so that counts for 'something' right?

Kari I did a couple of 30-40 min trainer rides  this month, and my hooha was sore too! (I have not actually heard your term before - I am assuming we are talking the same thing!)  The first one I tried with just regular shorts - won't do that again!  But I have hardly spent any time on my road bike (indoors or out) since early summer....just the spinner at the gym which has a much comfier seat.

oooh, bike shorts are a must on the trainer, and I have to ride at LEAST once a week to keep it 'toughened" up. lol..

I did a measly 30 minutes of yoga today. Headache, vey tired, but at least I did something...

2 hours core work at physio.  250 crunches 35 min dreadmill sideplanks bridge planks front alternating planks squats and more...kinda sore.....same through the weekend.  Apparently I have a problem with a disk.  But much les pain today and really looking forard to more aerobic training but more waterwalking next few days before full steam ahead.
