I supplement with magnesium, calcium and lutein (for the eyes ). I use the Bone Density version because my family has a history of osteopenia/osteoporosis. I rarely get sick. I always have lots of energy. They work very well for me. About a month ago, I switched to taking them at lunch. I forgot to take them for about 3 out of 7 days and I really noticed a difference in the way I felt. That reconfirmed for me that they were still doing their job. |
