Great Floridian Smackdown Poll - BT vs TNO vs ST

To the fellow BT GFTs..Godspeed.

Although I have a feeling not too many care for bragging rights. We're like Switzerland, we just do our own thing.

I'm not doing that race but I train with the girl (Stacy Studer) who won the IM distance last year and is returning to defend this year...does that count?

Only if you get her to join BT!

Actually we have one going for both GFT and IMFL. I didn't post the GFT one as I didn't see to many people....ok None... responding to the IMFL post.

Mostly in good fun, but probably a bit more "viscious" than is typical for BT. Our forum rules are a bit more liberal than here.

Anyway if anyone is interested let me know either here or posting under one of the threads on ST. Just need a Screen Name and Team, in your cases BT. Later I will need Bib numbers as they become available.

Just talked to MJuric from ST about the data compilation for GFT Full. If you are interested in ahving your gft results put into the BT pool, just post your bib number on this thread when they finally assign the numbers.

Can we claim someone even if they're not a BTer? My LBS guy is doing IMFL and he's one fast son of a good person. I'll just enter his bib no. Ha.

It's too bad that John or Joel aren't doing that race, because I KNOW they would give anybody at ST or TNO a run for their money!!!!!  These guys kicked some butt at Delaware Diamondman.

It doesn't matter how we perform. We just need to congregate and get a nice group rally and cheering going on for the event. As is stated, the finish times really couldn't matter (as long as its within the 17 or 18-hr time limit).

The good news is that no one expects anything out of us BTers as it is! So we're the natural underdogs anyways and I wouldn't want it any other way

Let's get the list started and give people some time to see it. I plan on Posting over at TNO, BT and Gordo's World to see who's interested.

Rules. Easy like last time.

1) Winner will have the lowest overall average placement

2) We will include everyone including DNF's

3) No additions or changes to the competitors list after After November 3rd.

Basically what I need is a post from everyone on Who's doing the race and what team you're on. If each forum wants to make a list like TNO did last time that would be great, even better if you can get it to me in an Excel spreadsheet. Later in the game we'll need bib #'s. Let me know.
