Subject: RE: Sox Fans - help!!! Ok, so what is the procedure here after a loss like that? Obviously the Yanks don't win every game, but a red sox-scale loss like this is unfamiliar territory. here's some helpful advice for you Drew. Find your local sports-talk radio station and tune in for a little while. Chances are the hot topic is who to pin the blame on and who should be run out of town. Players, managers, ownership, no one is safe. Then you discuss this to death, and nit pick over details which seemed inconsequential at the time. Spend even more time questioning the salaries of overpaid players who don't perform up to expectations. It will take a while for that sick feeling in the pit of your stomach to go away, but once it does you can start counting the days until spring training. Of course as a Sox fan, that just meant more of the same, maybe not applicable to Yankees fans, but one can hope!! Oh, and if you really feel that you can't take much more, you may want to skip the Pats/Jets game on sunday |
