Just cut and paste the entire line. If you want to change "Swift Snowballers" to something else (like: Click here to get to the Swift Snowballers), you can do that. But the rest of it has to stay as is. (Yes. I'm a geek.) |

You have this on one line: <a And this on the next: href="http://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=97468">Swift Snowballers</a> Hit the delete button until it's all showing up as one line in your log. |

The line above will work. Just cut and paste the entire line. (The quote feature means it's smaller text, so it shows up on one line. Before, it looked like two separate lines, but it has to be all on one.) |

Champion 23360 Taser-World | Subject: RE: Swift Snowballers Chris -- OK, I'm going to explain how to add links to each team member.... Start with this: <a href="LOCATION GOES HERE">NAME GOES HERE</a> Where it says: LOCATION GOES HERE Put the person's log address. This is the http://...... info Where it says: NAME GOES HERE Put the person's name. For example, if I wanted to link to Cat's log. 1) Go to her log. Here is her location: http://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/index.asp?memberi... 2) So the code would look like this: <a href="http://beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/index.asp?memberid=20768">Super Cat</a> Sorry - I'd try to color code this, but the minute that I do that, it turns back into HTML and you wouldn't see the code, only the links. Can you figure it out, based upon what I said? |

Regular 91 Northern Virginia | Subject: RE: Swift Snowballers Can't wait to get started, but it will have to be tomorrow - today was cycling. Tomorrow I am getting in the pool for my first swim workout that counts! I'm in for 15,000 yds in December. I am a bit of a beginner, so while it may seem low for more experienced swimmers that actually is challenging for me. I have been working with a swim coach, so I am looking forward to starting off on the right flipper with this challenge! |

Expert 1092 Earth | Subject: RE: Swift Snowballers I saw the thread and thought I feel into a tan thread.... boy did that scare me. I can't keep up with those guys... I just posted my goal in the first thread, but I'll re-post it here. I am aiming for 20K for the month in swimming. Since I pretty much have only 3 weeks to do it, it will be just a small challenge for me. |

Please dont be scared of the LONG thread... its very welcoming and you dont have to know whats going on.. the talk is mainly food and training... it was a weird convergence (is that the right word?) of people from last months challenge but not everyone in there drops by for more than a short space of time! Just sayin.. if you want to risk it and say Hi! you would of course be welcome |

Kind of like fast food - lots of fillers and additives, but little nutritional value. I've got the same issue you do -- my gym will be closed at the end of the month. OK, I will retreat back to my alternate universe now. LOL - Dee |
