Subject: Sun. Feb 10th - AM Run at Lake Calhoun

Anyone up for a run Sunday morning starting at Lake Calhoun? I'm planning on 7 - 8 miles at something around 10 mins/mile. I'd like to start at 9AM or earlier. Who's in?

If I am over my cold and my foot is feeling alright I may join you. I don't think I'd do the whole distance, but I'd love at least start out with you. It's been way too long since I've been on a group run.

I may be calling in chicken on this one.  Can't see making the drive if it will be in the negative temps for the day.  I am seeing this possibly being the last real cold weekend.  Might need to arrange a weekly group run if we can.

Yeah, I'm not real big on running when it is cold. I start to get wimpy when it gets below 15 degrees or so. I would also be happy to make it a regular thing and run weekly once things get a tad warmer.

I'm with y'all. Its going to be too freakin' cold to run outside tomorrow. We'll watch next weekend's forecast and hopefully make it happen then. Stay warm!
