| Master 1914 Finally north of the Mason-Dixon Line | Subject: RE: Gravenhurst Triathlon - Olympic Distance Let me get this straight: 1) you had a boat ride to the swim start 2) you were biking in thunder and lightening 3) your tires weren't "all weather" and your bike seat was destoyed in a fall and 4) you didn't wear your patella strap. OML - crazy. you gave a great effort on the course. Congrats on finishing strong and sounds like you finished w/o injury. Enjoy the vacation time with the family. Cathleen |

Sounds like you had similar environmental crap to what I had. Good learning about the transition - being less disoriented after the bike than the swim - although is that true after a crash? Too bad about that, you are not having an easy time in that area, but I suppose that's the price you pay for being a cycling superstar! Great RR and Good Race. Now lick your wounds and get back to it.... |
