Dang!  I lost my own challenge.  I got no training done yesterday and now I need an excuse for my coach.  I would like to say three weeks of chronic back pain caught up to me but I know she's been pushing her body beyond her own pain threshold for longer than that volunteerily during her current training.  OH Well!  It's about progress and not perfection.  I guess I have to try and encourage everyone to take 2 days off this month so I can still win.  I'll settle for second place.

So take heart airborne....you got me beat! AND! at the end of the month, kari16 and I will be sunning our bottoms in the sunny Caribean....so posting those last few days may be tough!!! *evil grin*

Hahaha Chris....

In the words of good ol' Billy Shakespeare "Your life is woefully full of innuendo".  Take out the "woefully" and it's more accurate, as personally I see very little wrong with it!

Sorry to hear that you're out Airborne!  Even if you can't "legally" make up for it, I would probably just do an hour at least of training today!

I know that's what would make me feel better!

I think the challenge (not the Challenge) is to strive for perfection and achieve as close to it as possible.  Not achieving perfection does not mean failure.

My thoughts.

YOUR THOUGHTS ARE WRONG!!!!

Oh unless this was just a freindly motivational challenge...in which case, you may have something there....

well I think Friday just has something to do with it.  For me it's only 30 sit ups in the waiting area at the airport during my marathon day of traveling to sunny California.  And yes... I got a ton of weird looks thrown my direction.

Technically Peby was the first one out because he 'failed miserably right out of the block". And I only did 20 minutes of walking on one day when I was recovering from eye surgery so I technically, I am "out" too.

But I am still competing anyway because it's working for me. I can't believe I've worked out 12.6 of the last 13 days!

So who's still in this thing 100% still?

me
Derek, right??
What about Crazy or Krazy?

Maybe we should do a thread on where everybody is at? (ie. x/16 days complete, and if anything was done on the incomplete days to try and get the 30mins in)
