Subject: RE: So now they say endurance exercise is bad for you?i discredit the entire thing based on this sentence: Microscopic tears in muscle fibers (which will have trouble healing if you continue over-exercising) and increased risk of injuries that's the hole point behind strength training. load your muscles up with enough resistance to cause microtears. when your muscles get "sore", this is why, soreness is from the microtearing. if they are so far off base about this simple of a concept i can't really trust anything else they claim. |
