Good stuff: your good news for the week 9/14

So, nothing too major but ...

• Since being done Ironman I have walking our dog a lot more and she just loves it. There's nothing better than being with a really happy dog!
• I get to take on some new responsibilities at work - which, although will likely be a headache often times it will put in my contact with more of co-workers and I like that
• I am enjoying having more relaxing time in the evening with my hubby. :

did my first tri in 2 years this weekend and had a blast!

it's my birthday this weekend and i'm spending the weekend away at the beach with all my favorite people!

it's friday, the weather is gorgeous, and the blue angels are in town!

I caught my first tube today . . . Sir.

I got my US Rowing Assistant Referee's license this week.

Did my heaviest bench press (155) and heaviest leg press (1025) so far this week, though I was struggling with feeling weak.

I have coffee!!!

My boss is really happy with my work, and my finances show it.

I love my job, and I will never work for a traditional school district again!

We thought that we may need to dump a vehicle and buy a new one.

We may get a few more weeks and months before this happens.

My kids are finally doing things in lessons that resemble swimming!

My wife still rocks!

Collected more data for a project I am working on, which was very helpful.

One week closer to getting home

Taking car to shop for maintenance so I can get home

Still excited about last Saturday's Mud run, somehow got 4th of 2100+ people.

Good weather and time to get outside and enjoy it.

* I love Fall weather

* Wife got home a day early from her biz trip

* I get to watch my daughter play tennis tomorrow and fastpitch softball on Sunday

* I get to see my son run his first ever cross country race - 8k for Div III St. Olaf.  He ran his second ever 5k last weekend (just a fun Alumni race/training run) and ran 17:13.  It is good to be young!

Congrats, that is awesome!!!

We picked up a contract today that gets our company to the break even point for the year.  Any contracts from now until year end mean we make our first profit after opening our doors 3 years ago!

Also, I was able to give an employee a performance raise this week.

I fianlly got my birthday sex this week!

My Bday was the same day/night of my HIM, so we opted to delay it so I could be, well, you know...

* The awesome weather continues! Been riding my bike to work mostly. Mornings are chilly though...

* My daughter asked about being part of a musical production at the school... You'd have to know her to know why this is significant - she really doesn't like to go out of her way to do ANYTHING extra (besides watching TV). Sure, it's not for another 5 months, but I'll take it.
