Subject: RE: **Puts on the flame suit**I am running 10K a shot on Mon, Weds and Fri... Optionally if I am pressed for time on Weds I will do 30 mins on the bike trainer hop off and run 4 miles. The last time I swam 1650 was last week. Water is my thing I am part fish... Not a fast fish but part fish, ok so nothing I do is fast.... YET... On Saturdays I have been doing a mile OWS at La Jolla cove. So I can afford to cut swim volume for bike time. My standard bike is either a 20 mile loop Tues and Thurs or minimum 1hr on the trainer (tho the trainer makes me crazy ). All of it small chain ring high cadence 90RPM+. I average 16-17mph without gassing myself on the road and 18-19mph on the trainer. I have a 35 mile route set up for the bike that I am going replace my usual 20 mile loop with to follow up my Sat OWS. Or is a mile OWS Sat AM then 35 miles on the bike Sat afternoon over doing it?
