You know, I generally try to stay out of these political discussions... but it's decisions like these that make me think that about half the SCOTUS should be summarily impeached and ousted. Which they CAN be by Congress.

Or maybe, as was suggested on the ("horrors!") Rush Limbaugh show yesterday... we should mow down THEIR houses first and build some condos on them...

This is such a horrible co-mixing of corporate interests (read: greed!) mixing with "socialism" (read: unrestrained government power - notice the quotes!) that I don't even know where to start!

This has actually been happening in Loveland, CO for a while I believe (there was an article in the Rocky Mtn Bullhorn, but I can't find in online). They proclaim a location "blighted" and tear it down for Wal-Marts. I think it's sick and disgusting and I can't figure out who the hell thinks it's a good idea.... except those who stand to gain a pretty penny....

The funniest thing I read on this was a "journalist" trying to pin this on GWB and his group...The funniest of all it was the liberal judges who voted for this and the conservatives were dead set against it..Now aint that funny...Repubs (consveratives) against big business and dem (liberals) for it...Thanks for those 2 appointments there Clinton!!!

Liberals are for big government and conservatives are for private rights. This decision makes complete sense, as shown in the Supreme Court judges' decision. But I am not saying I agree with the decision, I do not.
