And I may not do it at that... it conflicts with my wife's birthday(3rd) and potentially with an event I may qualify for.

Ahhh yes it is BUT the real question is:  How long are you brick runs going to be AFTER these centuries?!  B2B will be here before you know it............

Those two days aren't brick days

2:30 run the day after Culpeper and a 45 min run the day after Seagull. Shouldn't be much a problem.

Apparently someone stole my 2:30 run and put a 2:13 run in its place. The Culpeper route was hillier than I'd wanted but for some reason I was able to deal with hills that someone spray painted skulls and crossbones at the bottoms and stick figures of people wiping out off bikes at the top and still run faster today than I've run in a couple years. I think I've got someone else's legs and forgot to give them back.

Missed it but I ride these routes all the time... just not formally.  Did a Livestrong related ride locally that was fun and for a great cause.

DanielG---GOOD for you!!!  Nothing like a little Ironman training to have you feeling/performing great!  Keep up the big training/build---it'll be taper time for you before you know it!!!!
