Free members can import workout data from past dates, but importing a plan for future dates requires access to the Planned Training Log which is a Performance Member feature.

Thanks, I did try via these instructions but they did not work. Looks like I should be able to import an excel plan if converted to csv. All I got was a blank page with the title of my workout on it.

Your file type is correct (csv) but it isn't formatted correctly. It has to be formatted using the Template listed in the article above.

It looks like you're trying to import a plan created with the Custom Training Plan Creator. To do this requires a Performance Membership, which will enable you to import the plan automatically.

I tried my own and it did not work. Then I thought the BT would work better so copied and pasted it. Can't get anything to work. I guess I'll have to buy a membership when I can and import it then.

Yes, I think that you need a membership to import the plans.

Yes, use the directions and the template from the link.  There isn't a test site.

Thanks for the quick response! And that would go into my actual training log?

At least I now have a summertime project!

Yes, you are a free member so you can import and export your actual logs.  There are essentially 2 steps:  The first is the upload and then you can look at it to see if it looks ok, THEN you actually import that upload into you actual log.

I can't import my plan. This sentence is not quite right "You only need the cell headers of things you want to import."

I tried this small file that is very similar to my actual data, and it didn't work:

Log date (v1.0),Sports comments
26/10/2011,test test test

it produced message "MISSING FIELDS. IMPORT ABORTED". Tried with General comments instead, still the same.

Than I added all those labels (and according ,,,,,) but it immediately jumped to some other page saying "Get started today with our free plans etc...."

I can find my plan under my plans, but when I open it it's empty so there is nothing to import.
