Thank you Dana...that was hilarious. This guy is really funny. I just wonder if it's all a put on or if it really is on the up and up!?! One way or the other, it doesn't matter to me because I'm already married and even if I weren't I would not be on the market for a size 12 wedding dress with little shiny beady things on it.

I agree--I thought he was a really funny writer--it was a nice little surprise for Hump-Day (that would be Wednesday, you dirty minds!)

he was on the Today Show this morning, even wearing the dress. I had seen the eBay site but just had to tune in to watch him. He was pretty funny, even on live TV.

I just looked at it again - over 4 million hits on that ebay page! Unbelievable!

I wish I'd seen the Today show!

15 minutes of fame has turned into 15-minutes of fame at the speed of lighting. With our all media, all the time, all access world it's no surprise that a midly humurous guy who tried to sell his ex-wife dress on Ebay can now be considered by journalists everywhere as a public figure! That's amazing. On the Today Show. I mean really, what the heck is the purpose for the Today show that they've got nothing better to do than to show a man in a dress with sarcastic wit? I thought this guy was hilarious. He'll probably have a book out in six months and his own T.V. show by Christimas. Ahhhhh America giving the world Britney Spears and Willam Hung! (She bangs, She bangs....)

Oh, Ovetta!

Easy to get cynical about us, isn't it??

Don't let it get you down, the things that matter last. But still, he was good for a laugh, no?

Well it was at 15,000, but sold for 3850! I guess since he was "preapproving" bidders, the price came down.

What a kick! Because you are a funny dude, you sell a used dress for more than 3x what you paid for it!

Amazing.
