Subject: There's a new Goddess Hottie in town!

Due to a Vanessa Williams-esque scandal (or just complete lack of time), I must relinquish my Goddess Hottie crown. I am now Goddess of Slightly Above Average Looks. Our ever-lovely, industrious, cycling beast, and all-around-sweetheart Janelle (runnergirl29), shall now be addressed as Goddess Hottie and will be running this show! She certainly has my eternal gratitude.

She's no fun to pick on! Darn you! Is this because we said you smell like a goat? Now I have to step up the smack on my fellow Augustan, uh Augusta-ite, uh Augustinian,.....person from Augusta. Unfortunately she is currently outcycling me by a small margin.

Hey, it's about doing what we can considering time constraints, level of training and other goals, not about knocking everyone's argyle socks off by cycling so much that you injure yourself or forsake other parts of your life and training. DFL>DNF>DNS, my friend.

Sure, put me down for 390 whole minutes. Can I take more than a week to do that?

Reason I haven't signed up is I haven't had time to sit down and map out the month, to see exactly what my commitments are and what cycling days I have available, in order to put together a challenging goal. But yeah, put me down for what kim's doing.

I just discovered something.  I can't type the word here- it gets removed.   But if I tuype it T.I.T.S. it's ok.  Weird...guess the periods make the word acceptable.

Well anyone can sit on a trainer for 6-1/2 hrs a month with a dog-eared, sticky-paged copy of Hustler magazine on the handlebars......we're talking about "RIDING" here.

Hmmm. Not so sure about that. We'll see. My goal isn't to have more riding than RG. But I've gone up by 100 miles per month so far. We'll see. She's no fun to pick on because she's nice and not obnoxious like some of you other women.
Besides 400 miles ain't bad for one month in my first season of cycling. I couldn't ride 20 miles last December. I hope some day I'm going to ride as much or more than RG. Tell her I'll meet at the Discotech for my Go-Go pictures. You can bring your goat smell self along if you like.
