Subject: Syracuse University Graduate School- Exercise Science- I'm in!!!I just visisted Syracuse University graduate school, and am going to enroll this fall. I had offers at Buffalo University, Springfield College, University of New Hampshire, University of Maine, and made the waiting list at West Virginia U.-- but think Syracuse is the place for me. They're offering me at minimum an assistantship that will cover my tuition (once I transition into the phD I'll be getting a significant stipend, but the masters bascially covers tuition), and I'm still waiting to here about other funding. I am going into exercise physiology phD (well, masters first, but straight into phD). Anyone have advice about Syracuse U., the city, living in the area, cool places, the program, exercise physiology in general, or anything else you want me to know? I'm a bit worried about finding good biking? I come from a town of 2000 people- syracuse is a major city to me! Just thought I'd share, I'm really proud I made it into such a great school (and that they liked me and thought so highly of me). Edited by greenmtnman 2008-03-07 7:46 PM
