Elite  3290     Oliver, BC, "Wine Capital of Canada" |  Subject: Kelownagirl's first ever triathlon!She'll probably smack me for this but this weekend is Kelownagirl's first ever triathlon. If you've read her blog you'll see how much time and preparation she's put into it. It's quite inspiration to read about the progress she's made since deciding to take on an active life style and then sign up for a tri. Let's give her a big woo hoo for her triathlon debut in the Kelowna Apple sprint tri this Sun. Way to go Barb! |

PS - I miss Kelowna...it's a great place to live. I grew up there but have been on the Coast for over 10 years now (also great here)...but K will always be home. Enjoy it! |

If you knew me (and my swimming ability or lack thereof), you'd probably be worried right now, but I went down to the beach and swam in my tri suit today and I was totally fine. It's all good! |
