Even if I don't like 100% of the workout it's easier to change something around if I have a good workout to start with. Or, you can do my swim from this AM (4100 ): 1x500 warmup- swim/kick 6x200- odd easy, even fast- #2- 2:53/#4- 2:55 3x200 kick (#1-easy/#2- 100 easy-100 fast/#3-fast ) 1x500 pull (odd- breathe every 3/even- breathe every 5 ) 6x100 steady @ 85%- 1:24/1:26/1:26/1:26/1:27/1:26 1x600- buoy/paddles/fins, remove one after each 150, last 150 is swim **this was very odd, I'd do something else instead. We think the coach just needed a good laugh! 1x100 easy |
