You can then screen capture what you're seeing (like heel photos, error messages, whatever is necessary!) Actually Alt+Print screen captures the active window. So if you have a dialogue box and want an image of that but NOT the whole screen use ALt+PrintScreen. PS by itself takes a snaphot of the entire screen.
