That doesn't look so bad. Not that I'd personally do it (it would mess up my full back tattoo ). But there are women that get other parts of their body pierced that make me way more squeamish. And you'd definitely get banned if you posted those kind of pics.

Then there's those guys that get the huge loops and hooks pierced into their backs and swing from them.

The skin back there is pretty tough.  It would look kinda "dressy" with appropriate clothing.  It probably didn't hurt any more or less than the tattoo's I have...

Women in the past have done such a great work to get rid of corsets.... Now this!
I guess I am much better off doing triathlons instead of body piercing.
