this is a pic of your CT donkai brutha before the Cranberry Trifest Olympic this past weekend

i battled cramps all day en route to a 2h 42m 58s finish while DTFUing the whole way!!!

my wave went off last, all clydesdales and relays

as i was running a girl asked what she got if she caught the Carrot as she passed me....hehe

my reply....anything you want......but you have to catch it on the bike.....her reply..... touche'

you guys have no idea how many compliments and comments i get at each race with this jersey, it is the coolest thing ever!!! I am proud to DTFU for you guys, you all rock!!!
