Subject: RE: What is your longest junk food run?The distance was no biggie, but it was the effort involved. 2 years ago on a backpacking trip, a group of us were camped out, 4 miles in the woods, at an elevation of 2,500 higher than the trailhead. I ran down the mountain, jumped in the car, drove 8 miles to the store, drove back to the trailhead and climbed back up to the camp location. Well, we were running short on wine, plus I brought a half-dozen fresh baked muffins for the next day's breakfast.
