Subject: RE: 4.11.13 Happy Thursday!Flip turns? What are those? Anyway... 4.25 mile misty run with my wife this morning. Trying to help pace her HM runs (she tends to like going FAST).  Going to the pool tonight. I think I'm going to do a skills/drills workout, as last time in the pool I was monkeying around with it and found that, for the first time, I could start to feel the subtle differences in rotation timing/catch/kick timing/etc. doing 200's. So, a couple thousand yards of trying NOT to swim like a kid that grew up in the ocean getting from point A-B without gulping water but faster than your friends (rather than in a pool learning how to swim) is probably a good idea! Knock it out of the park today BT!
