 6 |  Subject: Old Dog tri's new trickHello everyone I'm 51 and live in Central FLorida. Have been biking for a few years , but have followed tri's enough that I would like to give them a go. Haven't got a date set for the first one yet but have just started training for the running which will be the hardest part for me. I severed an achiles tendon playing tennis about 10 years ago, hence the cycling. I would like to get through a couple with no damage and see where I stand . Thanks for the oppotunity to say hi . I'm still doing alot of cycling and want to do a couple of centuries this fall. But I will be working on my swiming and my running and should be ready by then. If the achiles holds up and my running form comes up quickly then who knows. |

It may be a while before things settle down in Avon Park but when they do you will have some motivation to keep yourself ready for whatever comes along next.
