BLUE = 77% Green = 78% And the BIG suprise! RED! = 79.5%! Next week I will try to post the results on the spreadsheet to make it look all official and stuff. On a serious note I would like to tell everyone that I think they are doing great no matter what team you're on. Except for KILTBOY can't cut him any slack since he is in charge and it might go to his Paintbrush head. I know this isn't done yet but it has been great fun and I honestly think my abs have enjoyed it. |

Master 1748 Port Moody, BC | Subject: RE: MARCH ABS / CORE - 2ND WEEK! I nailed the Abs workout again last night. I have now raised myself from "beginner sitter upper" to MASTER AB BLASTER! Here is a snipit of my progress so far! And to think that only 3 weeks ago, changing the channel was my cardio!
